Tohkin Clearance Special
We will launch clearance sales from time to time, and special sales items will not be able to provide returns. Clearance sale products may have a shorter validity period, please pay attention and contact online customer service if you have any questions.
Order Processing
Your order will be delivered to you by Dongjin, UPS, or Fedex. We only process orders Monday to Friday (except holidays) during working days. During peak order periods, we may need an additional 3 working days to process your order. Please fill in your real name, delivery address and contact information clearly and accurately. Due to the following conditions, the order is delayed or unable to deliver, etc., this site will not be responsible for the delayed delivery:
1. If the product you ordered is out of stock, it may delay the delivery of your order.
2. The customer provides wrong information and incomplete address.
3. The delivery of the goods is not signed for, and the resulting repeated distribution costs and related consequences.
4. Force majeure, such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden wars, etc.
Out of Stock
If a product in your order is out of stock, we may temporarily cancel your order or cancel the out-of-stock product in the order. The customer service staff will send a reminder email and refund the difference.
Sales tax: Sales tax will be added to the goods you buy.
Verify Delivery
Please be sure to verify your order information-name, shipping address (zip code, city, country), billing address, etc. when confirming the order. If your order information is wrong, it will delay your order progress. Hope you contact customer service in time. Tracking the order: The customer service will send you the tracking number by email after the package is dispatched. Special instructions: 1. To change the delivery address during the order delivery process, Dongjin can help customers modify the address, but Fedex or USPS will charge customers $10-$15 for the modification fee. 2. We are very sorry that we are unable to ship to P.O. box and A.P.O. box addresses. All orders with incorrect addresses will be automatically cancelled or returned.
California Sales Tax
The applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases, and no sales tax will be paid out of state.
Package Tracking
When the goods are sent out, you will receive the mail of the shipped goods, and the tracking number will be attached to the mail to facilitate your tracking of the goods.
Return
All returns must have an RMA number. Please call our customer service team support@tohkinfood.com to apply for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please be sure to provide us with your order number, product picture (if required), quantity and reason for return.
Return and Refund
If it is returned due to personal reasons, the product must be in a new unopened state to be eligible for return, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the product has been opened or is no longer in “new” status, we will charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return service. If the fee is recharged, the total refund amount will be deducted from it. Return requests can be accepted within 15 days from the date of issue of the invoice, and returns cannot be accepted after 15 days.
When We Received Your Return
Once we receive your return, it may take 3-5 working days for us to check and process your RMA. Your refund will be issued after completing your return check, and the amount will be sent back to the original payment method of the order. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process your refund.
Received a problematic product?
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, expired, or quality problematic, you can request a return within the allowed return period. We process your request within 1-3 working days. If the item is in stock, you can choose to refund or replace it.
