Chao Tian Xiang- Sichuan Spicy Seasoning Sauce- Sichuan Style
For ALL kinds of Sichuan Style dishes:
- For Sichuan hot pot: Prepare the broth in a large pot, and pour the Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce into the pot. Add a variety of meats and fish slices, then your favorite vegetables until fully cooked.
- For Sichuan dried pot: Add variety ingredients such as lotus roots, potatoes, meats or shrimp (according to personal preference) in a pan and stir fry until medium well cooked. Then pour Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce evenly over the ingredients until fully cooked.
- For other Sichuan dishes: Add the Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce per your preference when the ingredients are medium well cooked.
