Chao Tian Xiang- Sichuan Spicy Seasoning Sauce- Chili Fish Style
3 Steps, cook a delicious pot:
- First Step: Put 2 LBs of raw fish slices (or meat) into a container and pour the Marinade Powder (pack #1) over and mix for 8-10 minutes.
- Second Step: Pour the Spicy Seasoning Sauce (Pack #2) in 500ml boiled water, then put the fish slices in the pot until boiled again. Before serving, add the Dried Spices Mix (Pack #3) and mixed well.
- (Optional) Final Step: Boiled 150ml vegetable cooking oil to smoke point in separate pot and pour over the cooked fish slices.
