Chao Tian Xiang- Sichuan Hot Chili Sauce (Craw fish Style)
3 Steps, cook a delicious crawfish pot:
- Wash the Crawfish thoroughly then stir fry until the shell turns red.
- Preheat vegetable oil till smoke point in a wok pan and pour the Ma La Seasoning Sauce cooking for a short while. Then, add the cooked Crawfish and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Pour a can of beer in the wok pan with crawfish, and turn the heat to medium after boiling. Cover the lid and slow cook for 20 minutes.
