Octopus: 350g (12 oz)
Chao Tian Xiang- Sichuan Hot Chili Sauce (Craw fish Style): 50g (1.8 oz)
tender ginger: 90g (3 oz)
Chili pepper: 60g (2 oz)
Small chili pepper (xiao mi jiao): 30g (1 oz)
Dried chili pepper: 20g (0.7 oz)
Sichuan pepper: 3g (0.1 oz)
❖Instructions:

1. Cook the octopus in boiling water for 30 seconds.

2. Heat up 75g of oil, put in dry chili pepper and Sichuan pepper.

3. Add tender ginger, Chili pepper and Small chili pepper, then put in Chao Tian Xiang- Sichuan Hot Chili Sauce and stir fry until fragrant comes out.

4. Put in octopus, the ginger flavor will come out. Keep stir-frying till the sauce gets thick, ready to serve!
