SICHUAN MA LA EGGS, easy and tasty!

❖ingredients: Eggs 1 dozen Green onion 1 tbsp ginger 1 tbsp garlic 1 tbsp Chao Tian Xiang – Sichuan Ma La Season Sauce 1 tbsp Beer 1 can Totole Chicken soup base mix 1 tsp Oyster Sauce 1 tsp Totole Soy Sauce 1 tsp sugar (according to personal taste, or not to add) A little white sesame


Boil the eggs with cold water in a pot, until fully cooked.

Chop ginger and garlic.

Open Chao Tian Xiang Sichuan Ma La Season Sauce.

Peel the boiled eggs and lightly cut twice on each side.

Heat up oil in a wok, put ginger, garlic, and then add Chao Tian Xiang Sichuan Ma La Season Sauce, stir fry for 1 minute.

Add beer, eggs, chicken soup base mix, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Keep boiling with low heat until the soup becomes less.

Turn to high heat and cook until the sauce get thick.

Super easy isn’t it? And it’s also very tasty! Don’t finish all eggs in one time. You can save them for 2-3 days, eat as snack, or late night dessert.
