Oyster Mushrooms with Cashew Nuts and Color Peppers

❤ Ingredients:
Cashews: 30 grams (1 oz)
Oyster Mushrooms: 100 grams (3.5 oz)
Colored pepper slices: 30 grams (1 oz)
Garlic: 5 grams (1 clove of garlic minced)
TOTOLE Soy Base Seasoning Sauce: 1 teaspoon
TOTOLE Mushroom Bouillon: 3g
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Starch water: 1 tsp corn starch mix with 2 tbsp of water


①Wash the oyster mushrooms and bell peppers, and cut them to slices.

②Heat cooking oil in a wok, stir garlic until fragrance, add oyster mushrooms and stir fry for a while, then add sliced pepper and cashew nuts.

③Add TOTOLE Soy Base Seasoning Sauce, TOTOLE Mushroom Bouillon and salt, stir fry evenly, pour in starch water cook to thicken.
