Fish fillet with tomato and peas, light and sweet!


8 oz cod fillets or haddock or sole
4 tbsp peas
1 tomato medium-sized, sliced into wedges
1/4 cup shreded ginger
1/4 cup green onion chopped, for garnish (optional)
2 tbsp TOTOLE All Purpose Seasoning Mix
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp corn starch


① Marinade fish with ginger, ground pepper and 1 tbsp of TOTOLE All Purpose Seasoning Mix for about 15 minutes. Then put the fish into boiling water until it fully cooked.

② Heat up oil, cook the tomato until juice comes out, add sugar and ketchup. Then add 4 cups of water cook until boiling, put in fish and green peas cook for 2 more munites.

③ Make starch water with corn starch, 1 tbsp TOTOLE All Purpose Seasoning Mix and 2 tbsp of water. Add the starch water into the boiling soup, mix well and ready to serve.
