Beef: 2 lb
Bok choy or celery: 5-6 oz
Cilantro: 2 oz
Chao Tian Xiang – Sichuan Spicy Seasoning Sauce – Chili Fish Style: 1 pack
Vegetable oil: 5 oz
Chopped garlic: 1 oz
Shredded ginger: 0.3 oz
Dried Sichuan pepper: 0.3 oz
Chopped green onion: 0.5 oz
You can put more other vegetable as your preference.
Shredded ginger: 0.5 oz
Egg white: 1 oz (about 1 large egg)
Corn starch: 0.3 oz
- Cut the beef into 0.5 cm (¼-inch) thick slices, and pat loosely with the back of the knife one by one.
2. Put the beef slices into a big bowl, marinade with shredded ginger, chopped garlic, egg white, corn starch and Marinade Powder Pack (pack #1, the powder package in the ‘Chao Tian Xiang – Sichuan Spicy Seasoning Sauce – Chili Fish Style’), mix evenly.
3. Heat oil in a wok. Put ginger, garlic, and dried chili, then put Chao Tian Xiang Spicy Seasoning Sauce Pack (Pack #2), stir fry for 1 minute. Add water (about 1.5 cup) and turn the fire to high till it’s boiling, add the beef slices one by one, then put the appropriate amount of vegetables according to personal preference.
4. Pour everything into a big bowl, sprinkle with Dried Spices Mix Pakc (Pack #3). Heat up 2 oz of vegetable oil in a new pan until smoking, then pour it evenly on the top of the bowl. Top it with the chopped green onion and chopped cilantro then ready to serve.
