

❖Ingredients:
Beef: 300 gram (10.5 oz)
Cashew nuts: 28 grams (1 oz)
Green, red and yellow bell peppers: 20 grams (0.7 oz)
❖Seasoning:
Totole Chicken Bouillon: 8 g (2 tsp)
Red chili peppers: 8
Cooking wine: 10ml (2 tsp)
Ground black pepper: 5 grams (2 tsp)
Pixian Doubanjiang (spicy black bean paste): 20 grams (0.7 oz)
Starch: 1 tbsp
Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp

❖Instructions:
① Cut the beef into small cubes, marinade with ground black pepper, cooking wine and starch.
②Pour cashew nuts into a cold pan with 1 tbsp of cold cooking oil, stir fry on low heat until the surface turns golden, set aside. Wash the bell peppers and cut into small pieces.
③Heat a wok with 1 tbsp cooking oil, stir-fry the Pixian bean paste, then add the beef cubes and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the red chili peppers and the bell peppers and stir-fry evenly.
④Add cashew nuts, Totole Chicken Bouillon and salt, stir-fry then serve.
