Mushroom Chicken Breast Patties

❖ Ingredients:
TOTOLE Mushroom Bouillon: 5 tsp
Chicken breast: 5 oz
1 egg
White mushrooms: 1.8 oz
Corn kernels: 1.8 oz
Carrots: 1 oz
Broccoli: 1.5 oz
Salt: 1 tsp
Olive oil: 1 tsp


  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, chop the white mushrooms and the broccoli into small pieces for later use.
  2. Pour the chicken into the food processor, add 1 egg, TOTOLE Mushroom Bouillon, salt, and about 2 tbsp of water, and beat into minced meat.

3. Add corn kernels and mushroom kernels to the minced meat. Stir in one direction with chopsticks evenly.

4. Divide the mashed meat into 6 points, knead it into a circle, and press it into a pie. Brush the bottom of the pot with olive oil, put the chicken patties in, and fry them on low heat until golden on both sides. Ready to serve.
