Spicy beef slices with enoki mushroom – mini hot pot for summer!

Today we are going to make a beef with enoki mushroom, which is simple, convenient and delicious, comparable to hot pot!

❖ Ingredients:
1 bag of thine cut beef slices (8 oz)
1 small bundle of bean thread noodle (glass noodle)
1 pack of enoki mushroom
CHAOTIANXIANG Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce 1/3 Pack


  1. Boil the enoki mushrooms for 30 second then set aside.

2. Put water in the pot, add CHAOTIANXIANG Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce, and bring to a boil.

3. Add enoki mushrooms, bean thread noodle and beef slices.

4. Boil until fully cooked then serve (can be sprinkled with sesame seeds and chives for garnish).
