Early summer dish – Moonlight in the Lotus Pond

Summer is coming, and the weather is getting hot. You need something refresh your taste. This dish uses variety of vegetables, high fiber and low calories, best choice for hot days.

❤ Ingredients:

Lotus root 2 oz
Carrots 2 oz
Black fungus (soaked) 2 oz
snow peas 2 oz
Mushroom 2 oz
Sesame oil 2 tsp
TOTOLE Mushroom Bouillon 1 tsp
Cooking oil 2 tsp

❤ Instructions:

①Wash all ingredients. Peel the lotus root and carrot and cut to slices. Cut the mushroom to slices. Remove the old tendons of snow peas.
②Boil the lotus root slices, carrot slices, snow peas and black fungus in water and drain them carefully.

③Heat up a pan with cooking oil, add lotus root slices, carrot slices, snow peas, black fungus and mushroom slices and stir-fry evenly over high heat. Add TOTOLE Mushroom bouillon, drizzle with sesame oil and stir well. Ready to serve!
