Lotus root 2 oz
Carrots 2 oz
Black fungus (soaked) 2 oz
snow peas 2 oz
Mushroom 2 oz
Sesame oil 2 tsp

①Wash all ingredients. Peel the lotus root and carrot and cut to slices. Cut the mushroom to slices. Remove the old tendons of snow peas.
②Boil the lotus root slices, carrot slices, snow peas and black fungus in water and drain them carefully.
③Heat up a pan with cooking oil, add lotus root slices, carrot slices, snow peas, black fungus and mushroom slices and stir-fry evenly over high heat. Add TOTOLE Mushroom bouillon, drizzle with sesame oil and stir well. Ready to serve!
