材料:
牛肉250克包菜200克香菇50克薑絲10克太太樂原味鮮10克料酒10毫升澱粉少許
做法:
牛肉切片,用5克太太樂原味鮮、料酒、澱粉及少許油拌勻略微醃製。
包菜洗淨切塊,香菇洗淨切片。
鍋中放油燒熱,加入牛肉片滑炒盛出。留底油,放入香菇片煸炒,再放入包菜翻炒。最後加入滑好的牛肉片,調入剩餘的太太樂原味鮮,炒勻盛出即可。
