製作方法:
1.雞腿肉切小粒放原味鮮5克醃製入味,蘑菇切小粒,玉米粒焯水,蒜頭切片。2.醃製好的雞腿肉過油備用。鍋留底油,放入蒜片煸香,再放入蘑菇煸炒。3.將雞腿肉和玉米粒都放入鍋中,注水燒開加入原味鮮,勾厚芡。倒入盆中,使其自然冷卻。4.將冷卻後的餡料包入麵團中製作成包子,醒發45分鐘,放入蒸箱蒸6分鐘即可。
