製作方法:
1.蘑菇切小粒,洋蔥切末。雞肉切末與蛋清攪拌在一起,放胡椒粉,少許料酒去腥。用攪拌機攪勻,備用。2.用黃油把洋蔥末煸炒香,加入蘑菇粒繼續煸炒透。注水燒開。3.燒開後再加入雞蓉糊燒開,放入原味鮮調味。4.放入攪拌機裡攪成泥狀。5.倒入鍋中再次燒開,加入黃油麵漿勾芡,即可出鍋享用。
